Nightmares Blood role play - Maintenance Mode Enabled

Everyone has heard the stories about what goes bump in the night. But no one truly believes such nightmarish things could be real. Most mortals shall live their short lives without ever knowing about the world which exists within their own. They believe they are safe in their homes at night, tucked up in bed. But the reality is far more sinister than mortals understand.

Immortal creatures lurk in the shadows, often just out of sight of the mortal world. But being immortal can become monotonous. The immortals long to be part of something in time. Small pockets of nightmares exist within our world. Cities were these creatures have thrown aside the shackles of the masquerade and have joined the mortal world.

Some creatures exist in peace with the mortals, only taking what they need from them to survive. While others who have waited too long in the darkness take what they want without a second thought for life. They feed from the blood of the mortal world and slaughtered who ever get in their way. The balance between our world and theirs is slowly shifting. And the question which should now be asked is… are you ready?
